摘    要:介绍大直径高精度内螺纹数控铣削加工方法.以全国数控大赛赛题为例分析内螺纹数控铣削加工工艺特点及加工条件,阐述内螺纹数控铣削加工工艺设计和程序编制思路.

Abstract:The NC milling machining method of internal thread with large diameter and high precision was described.NC milling processing characteristics and processing conditions for the internal thread were analyzed based on the theme cases of Chinese NC competition.The ideas of NC milling process design and programming for internal thread were explained.
