推床同步BP网络自整定PID控制研究

摘    要:根据轧钢生产线中推床系统工作特点和工艺要求,将基于BP网络自整定的PID控制器引入到推床同步控制系统中。结果表明,控制器能根据系统工作状态的变化在线自行调整PID控制参数的值,能有效提高推床同步控制精度。

Abstract:According to the work features and process requirements of push bed system of rolling line,self-tuning PID controller based on BP network was introduced into push bed synchronization control system.The simulation results show that the controller can adjust the values of PID control parameters voluntarily according to working state of the system.The synchronization precision of push bed is improved.
