三回转自由度数控主轴结构设计与运动学分析

摘    要:基于对3R斜交非球型手腕结构的研究和数控机床主轴功能的分析,提出一种具有3个连续回转自由度的数控主轴的概念设计,并用SolidWorks软件建立该主轴的三维模型。用D-H参数法建立该主轴的运动学模型,进行运动学分析和工作空间的分析与仿真。仿真结果表明:该主轴结构紧凑、惯量小、灵活度大,能够实现三维空间的任意姿态,扩大数控机床的加工范围。

Abstract:Based on the study of 3R oblique non-spherical wrist and the analysis of NC machine spindle's function,the concept design of a NC spindle,with three continuous rotation degrees of freedom,was offered and the 3D model of this NC spindle was built with Solidworks software.The kinematics model of this NC spindle was setup with D-H parameter method and the kinematics & workspace of this NC spindle were analyzed and simulate.Simulation results indicated that the NC spindle,with compacted-structure,low inertness ...
