逆向工程技术在叶片生产制造中的应用研究

摘    要:叶片表面是由非常复杂的自由曲面构成,设计十分困难。传统设计方法难以满足当今市场的需要,逆向工程技术的发展解决了叶片设计的难题。介绍了逆向工程技术的基本概念和工作流程,阐述了逆向工程技术在叶片设计制造方面的研究现状,主要包括两个方面:叶片模型重构和叶片检测,并对其发展方向进行了探讨。

Abstract:The blade which is consisted by complex freeform surfaces is very difficult to be designed.It is evident that conventional engineering can not meet the need of today's market.The reverse engineering(RE)technology can be used to solve this problem.The conception and workflow of RE were introduced.The current research on model reconstruction and geometrical inspection based on RE technology in the production of blades were illustrated.The research trend was discussed.
