基于现场总线的螺杆空压机群控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:将现场总线技术应用于螺杆空压机群控制系统的设计,开发了用以转换螺杆空压机触点信号与现场总线数据的终端通信单元,提出了螺杆空压机群联动控制的控制策略,给出了控制系统的架构方式、硬件及软件设计;上位机实现节能控制算法,同时完成对空压机数据的实时采集、显示、存储和查询等功能。实践证明:该系统界面友好、运行稳定,节能效果明显、具有很强的应用价值。

Abstract:Fieldbus was applied to the design of air compressor group controlling system.A terminal communication unit which was used to convert 485 data and screw air compressor contact signals was developed.A screw air compressor group linkage control strategy was presented.The architecture mode,hardware and software design of the controlling system were given.The energy-saving control algorithm was implemented on PC and real-time acquisition,display,storage and inquiry of data were achieved at the same time.Practic...
