摘    要:根据粗、精加工不同特点,利用FANUC宏程序手工编程,提出平底铣刀分层法、平底铣刀投影法和球头铣刀投影法3种加工半球零件的方法,阐述各自的加工特点、加工路径、数学模型,并给出球头铣刀投影法的宏程序以供参考。该宏程序的子程序为两层条件循环嵌套,利用局部变量实现半球位置、球半径、刀具半径、刀路间距的参数化。
