| 摘 要： | 以水稻联合收割机稻草打捆一体机的研究为目标,在全喂入式联合收割机上添加稻草打捆,将稻谷收割与稻草打捆合为一机,将是联合收割机改进的方向。本文在稻草打捆机秸秆开式压缩方式的基础上,建立了稻草秸秆压缩的理论模型、分析了稻草压缩塑性变形和压缩蠕变规律,通过压实力和压缩量变化曲线图将稻草秸秆的压缩过程划分成五个阶段,对捆绳崩断力学分析,从振动学角度提出了有关捆绳张力的力学公式,研究方法和结论为解决稻草打捆机秸秆的压缩变化规律的难题提供了依据。
