| 摘 要： | 论述了装备制造业在西部经济发展中的重要地位,从核心技术的依赖性、竞争力和综合效益方面分析了西部装备制造的发展现状,进而从知识产权素养、人才的培养及技术强业等方面提出了发展西部装备制造业知识产权战略,对进一步落实知识产权战略、发展西部地区装备制造业、推动区域经济发展有一定的指导意义.
