高频焊接轻型H型钢自动化生产线的设计

摘    要:设计腹板高度不大于100 mm的高频焊接H型钢自动化生产线。制定了整个生产线的工艺流程,将生产线分为焊接前的准备、高频焊接、焊后的处理等过程;采用SolidWorks软件从零件的特征建模到机构的虚拟装配进行了虚拟样机设计,对机构和整条生产线进行了运动仿真;采用PLC控制器组成闭环控制系统,控制整条生产线的自动运行。
