120t转炉深脱磷工艺研究

摘    要:研究了120 t顶底复吹转炉低磷钢种的深脱磷工艺,确定双渣法第一次倒渣的最佳温度为1 460℃,分析了枪位变化对熔渣成分及脱磷率的影响。研究表明:采用高—低—低的枪位变化模式,增加第一批料中石灰和返矿的加入量,能有效提高转炉前期的脱磷率,可以生产转炉终点磷含量低于0.004 0%的钢水。

Abstract:The deep dephosphorization process for low-phosphorus steel grade in 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter is studied,it is determined the best temperature for first slag-discharge in double-slaging method being 1 460 ℃,the influence of lance location on slag composition and dephosphorization rate analyzed.It is showed from the research that adopting lance location changing model of high-low-low and increasing amount of lime and return fines put into the first batch of charge can effectively raise the dephosphorization rate in early stage of converter smelting and produce molten steel with end phosphorous content lower than 0.004 0%.
