酒钢2500m~3高炉操作制度探讨

摘    要:结合2011年4~9月酒钢7#高炉经济技术指标,分析探讨了热制度、造渣制度、送风制度以及装料制度中合理操作参数的确定过程,提出了在目前酒钢原燃料条件下,铁水含硅控制在0.50%;炉渣碱度在1.07倍下限波动;进风面积在0.362~0.366m2;批重55~60 t;布料角度不超过39°,档位角差2°,矿角差8°;重视低料线的优化操作思路。实施后,7#高炉基本实现了稳定顺行,各项经济技术指标逐步优化,操作制度更加合理。

Abstract:Based on the economic and technical indexes of 7# blast furnace of Jou Steel between April and September of 2011,it is analyzed and discussed the determining process of reasonable operation parameters in thermal system,slag forming system,blowing system and charging system,proposed operation optimization idea that under the present conditions of Jou Steel in raw and fuel material,silicon content in hot metal should be controlled at 0.50%,basicity of slag changed at about 1.07 times of lower limit,intake blowing area within 0.362 to 0.366 m2,batch weight 55 to 60 tons,distributing angle not over 39°,difference of stall angle 2°,difference of ore angle and attention paid to low charge line.After above being conducted,the steady smoothly operation in 7# blast furnace is basic realized,various economic and technical indexes gradually optimized,and operation system more reasonable.
