| 摘 要： | 旋转密封阀卡阻是干熄焦生产的顽疾之一,是影响干熄率和发电量提高的重要因素。结合宣钢140t/h干熄焦的运行实践,分析了旋转密封阀卡阻对干熄焦生产的影响及处理过程中的危险性,提出了安全、快速处理故障的方法及预防措施。

| Abstract: | The jam of rotary seal valve is one of the problems difficult to solve in dry quenching of coke and one important factor to affect dry quenching ratio and electricity generating amount.Based on the operation practice of dry quenching of coke of 140 t/h of Xuan Steel,it is analyzed the influence of jam of rotary seal valve and its danger in treating,proposed safe and fast treating method and precaution measures. |
