承钢2500 m~3高炉碱金属负荷的研究及应对措施

摘    要:对承钢2 500 m3高炉钒钛矿冶炼入炉原燃料碱金属含量、碱负荷、排碱率进行了检测和测算。根据生产实践,提出了"高炉入厂原燃料碱金属含量控制标准、碱负荷控制范围及碱负荷长期超过5 kg/t应当定期排碱"的观点。经过对碱金属的研究及采取应对措施,承钢3座2 500 m3高炉钒钛矿冶炼稳定周期明显延长,每年创效益约707万元。

Abstract:It is checked and calculated the alkaline metal content,alkaline load and alkali discharging rate in into-furnace raw and fuel materials of vanadium titano-magnetite smelting in 2 500 m3 blast furnace of Cheng Steel.Based on production practice it is proposed the alkali metal content standard for raw and fuel material come into the plant and control range of alkali load,pointed out that alkaline discharge should be done regularly when alkali load being over 5 kg/t for a long time.Based upon the above research and some counter measures adopted,the steady vanadium titano-magnetite smelting circulation of three 2 500 m3 blast furnaces of Cheng Steel gets obviously prolonged,and 7.07 million yuans of profit per year got.
