摘    要:以顺丁烯二酸酐和乙醇为原料,采用凯瑞化工股份有限公司开发的KC104强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂,在催化蒸馏反应装置上,合成顺丁烯二酸二乙酯(DEM)。最佳条件为:n(乙醇)/n(顺酐)为1.5、空速1.5/h、反应压力0.5MPa,温度100℃,催化剂为KC104树脂DEM的产率在98%以上,顺酐转化率达100%。

Abstract:In the catalytic distillation process, maleic anhydride and ethanol were used as raw materials, Kerry Chemical Corporation developed KC104 strong acid cation exchange resin as catalyst, the synthesis of plasticizer maleic acid diether ester (DEM) was proceeded in a catalytic distillation reaction device. The optimal reaction conditions are: n(ethanol)/n(maleic anhydride) =1.5, space velocity of 1.5/h, the reaction pressure is 0.5 MPa, the temperature conditions of 100 ℃, the catalyst is KC104 resin catalyst, the yield of DEM is above 98%, the conversion of maleic anhydride is up to 100%.
