| 摘 要： | 通过解析国内外法律法规及标准的内容,全面分析了法规对我国助剂产业发展的影响。指出面对国内外众多法律规范,我国助剂产业应及时调整产业结构,大力开展环保、低毒、安全、高效品种的研究和开发,并在开发新品种的基础上,采取积极态度和有效措施应对来自法规的压力。此外还详细介绍了一种有效地应对措施——溯源法的内容及运行。

| Abstract: | The effect of legislation on plastic additive industries was discussed by analyzing the content of laws, regulations and standards at home and abroad. In order to adapt to the legal and regulatory requirements, the industry set-up must be readjusted, the researching and developing of products which are environmental protection, low toxicity, safety, high efficiency must be carried out. The content and operation of traceable system has been introduced in detail. On the basis of the development of new varieties, a positive attitude and effective measures should be adopted to deal with the pressure from regulations. |
