摘    要:本文主要是简单介绍了伺服刻划式打号机的原理及应用,并对造成车辆识别代号字体变形、深浅不一、毛刺多等质量缺陷进行了深入分析,而且重点从设备本体、工装夹具、工况环境、产品结构、工艺、设备操作等方面对产生质量缺陷的原因进行了总结,同时给出了一些解决方法。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the principle and the application of pneumatic-servo-control cutting machine.With regard to some quality defects,such as deformation of typeface,bad degree of uniformity for cutting and burrs,this paper also gives a further analysis.And also,this paper makes a summary of different reasons for quality defects,from the angles of machine,fixture,working condition,product structure,process and operation of machine.For the reasons causing quality defects,this paper also puts forth some solutions.
