| 摘 要： | 以人为本的科学发展观，是社会主义人的全面发展观。这是社会主义发展理论在当代中国的重大发展，是马克思主义的又一次理论创新。只有以以人为本为核心，以人的全面发展为目标的发展，才是科学的发展。只有坚持科学发展，才能实现人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific developing outlook of humanism,is a socialism person's overall development view.It is the important development of the socialism development theories in contemporary China,is a Marxist and then a theories innovation.Only make people the center for the core,take the person's overall development as the development of target just is science to develop.Only insist the overall development that science development then can carry out a person. |
