摘    要:应用NACE TM0284-96试验方法研究了5种X60管线钢的HIC性能。研究结果表明:珠光体含量对氢诱发裂纹的影响不大,如果不形成珠光体带状组织,即使Mn含量较高仍具有良好的抗HIC性能。因此控制带状组织的形成、获得热力学平衡且稳定的细晶粒组织是提高抗HIC性能的有效措施。

Abstract:The resistance of HIC of five pipeline steels X60 were carried out through NACE TM0284-96 standard test method. The results suggest that the influence of pearlite content was not important to hydrogen-induced cracking. If banded microstructure was not formed, pipeline steels would have excellent HIC resistance even if Mn content was high. Therefore, controlling the formation of banded microstructure and receiving small grain microstructure of thermal stability were effective methods to improve the HIC resistance.
