以Tll4D为主剂研制70TBN船用气缸油复合剂

以T114D为主要金属清净剂研制了70TBN船用气缸油复合添加剂，生产的70TBN船用气缸油经理化测试和模拟评定表明，与国外同类船用气缸油质量相当，可满足润滑油调合厂对70TBN船用气缸油复合添加剂的质量要求。该复合添加剂在国内外I类和Ⅱ类基础油中具有较好的适应性，各项理化指标均达到70TBN船用气缸油复合添加剂暂定标准要求。此复合添加剂与以T114为主剂研制的70TBN船用气缸油复合添加剂相比，添,0tin总剂量下降5．0％，具有更好的经济性、清净性和酸中和速率。

Study on the Additive Package for 70TBN Marine Cylinder Oil Based on Tll4D Metal Detergent

An additive package for 70TBN marine cylinder oil was developed using Tl14D super- high base number calcium naphthenate as main metal detergent, then 70TBN marine cylinder oil was produced with the said additive package. The physicochemical properties of the developed oil were tested and the simulating performance evaluation was carried out using similar imported product as reference oil. Test results showed that the qualities of the developed oil and reference oil are at the same level, indicating that the prepared additive package can meet the demand of 70TBN marine cylinder oil. Moreover, this additive package exhibits good adaptability to Group I and Group II base stocks for blending qualified 70TBN marine cylin- der oil. Compared with the additive package for 70TBN marine cylinder oil based on T114 high base number calcium naphthenate, the dosage of the prepared additive package can be reduced by 5.0%, with better efficiency, detergency and acid neutralization speed.
