摘    要:针对500kt/a聚丙烯(PP)装置挤压机组生产过程中多次出现不规则颗粒的问题,对影响PP产品颗粒外观的因素,如模板、切刀、进刀风压、进料量、切粒水温度等进行了科学分析,并提出了相应的整改措施,从而降低了不规则颗粒发生的频次。

Abstract:Based on the problem of high occurring frequency of irregular pellets made from extruders m polypropylene (PP) plant with capacity of 500 kt/a, factors that affect appearance of the PP pellets, such as template, cutter, feeding pressure of air, input quantity, and pelleted water temperature were analyzed scientifically, the corresponding solutions presented and resulted in occurring frequency of the irregular pellets reduced.
