新型全装配钢-混组合结构住宅体系研究

传统结构体系不能适应住宅产业化的要求,新型住宅结构体系的研发成为当务之急。利用煤矸石工业废料,首次构想自应力钢管轻骨料混凝土柱,并将煤矸石工业废料应用于四板体系(外墙板、内隔墙板、屋面板及楼板),提出了一种新型的全装配钢—混组合结构多层住宅体系。为了使该新型体系构想变为现实,以六层住宅为研究对象,借助PKPM-SATWE、MTS等多种分析手段,对该体系进行了系统的理论研究,重点为体系的优化和全装配的实现。研究结果表明,该新型结构体系不仅丰富了组合结构的型式及计算理论,而且就经济性而言,符合中国国情,有推广价值。

The New Type Completely Assembling Composite Steel and Concrete Structure Residential System

The system of traditional structure can not suit to the require of housing industrialization.The development research of a new house system must be done.Use the industrial waste-the coal gangue,for the first time imaging the steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete column,as well as the self-stress lightweight concrete filled steel tubular column,and use the industrial waste-the coal gangue,creating the 4 series of the ALC board(external wall board,partition board,roof board and floor slab).It has put forward a kind of new completely assembling composite steel and concrete structure residential system.To realize this new residential structural system be come true.This paper analyzes a 6-layer residential building with the SATWE,MTS ect.The result is not only this new residential system in technology and economic,but also appropriate in China.
