工业用4/20mA两线制变送器的设计

摘    要:由于工业上对低耗能和远距离传输的要求越来越高,两线制仪表的应用也越来越广。文章通过比较说明了两线制变送器的优点,并介绍了两线制变送器的结构,详细分析了其工作原理。在此基础上设计了由压力桥、调理电路和两线制V/I变换电路构成的两线制压力变送器,并对如何增强稳定性和安全性做了讨论。

Abstract:As the requirements for low consumption and remote transmission are increasing, the two-wire instruments are used widely. In this paper, the advantages and the structure of the two-wire transmitter are introduced. And the operation principle is explained in detail. On the base, it has designed the two-wire pressure changer which is composed of pressure bridge, recuperating circuit and the two-wire V/I inverter. Also, how to increase the stability and security is discussed.
