| 摘 要： | 新的历史条件下如何创新企业思想政治工作，是企业党组织面临的共性问题。思想政治工作要创新，必须从观念、内容和方法上实现根本转变；必须坚持在推动科学发展、服务职工群众、运用现代教育手段和弘扬企业文化上下功夫；必须讲究工作方法的艺术性，使思想政治工作真正具有渗透力、感染力、说服力和亲和力。
