摘    要:在打印机正常工作中,电源运行的可靠性成为一个重要环节。根椐打印机电源结构及电源电路分析和维修结果表明:首先应静态观察机内有无明显异常,即打开机壳,观察元件有无过热、烧焦现象,电路中有无脱焊、断线、印刷板有无断裂现象等。断电状态观察打印机未发现异常时,再进行通电检测。检测步骤可以从交流供电端开始逐级往后测试,也可以从电源输出级往前测试,逐步缩小故障范围,查出损坏的元件。

Abstract:In the printers safe and normal work, it is important to guarantee the reliability of power supply. The print- er power supply structure, the power circuit analysis and maintenance results indicate that: first, observe the static ma- chine to make sure whether there is obvious abnormity. Turn on the cabinet and observe Whether there are overheating and burning of elements, whether there are unsoldering, broken line and fracture printing plate in the circuit. If all of that are normal, then power detection is carried on. The detection can start from AC power supply terminal to next or can go forward from power supply output . Then the failure scope is narrowed and the damaged element can be identified.
