基于COSMOSworks的摆线针轮减速器有限元分析

摘    要:针对摆线针轮减速器的摆线轮齿廓形状复杂、加工制造难度大等同题,根据摆线成形原理及设计要求,利用SolidWorks软件建立了摆线针轮减速器三维模型,运用COSMOSworks有限元分析软件模拟了减速器的工作状态,并对其主要部件进行了有限元分析,为摆线针轮减速器的结构设计提供了参考依据。研究结果表明,运用该设计方法对提高摆线针轮减速器设计的速度和质量具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problems in manufacturing of cycloidal gear,the planet-cycloid reducer model in consideration of manufacturing error was developed applying SolidWorks after the preliminary design and theoretical calculation.Based on the model,the stress and strain distribution of main load bearing parts like cycloidal gear and pin gear were obtained by finite element method.And the finite element model analysis of input and output shaft were also discussed.The results indicate that the design of planet-cycloid reducer is improved by using virtual prototype technique.
