摘    要:双曲柄式少齿差行星齿轮传动是一种兼有作为基本构件的曲柄和绕主轴线公转的曲柄,集2K-H型和K-H-V型少齿差行星减速器为一体的高性能行星齿轮传动形式。文章阐述了它的发展过程、结构特点、设计要点、独特的优越性及其应用前景,认为目前将渐开线和摆线针齿啮合一起用于这种传动中是十分有意义的。

Double Crank Planetary Transmission with Few Teeth-Number-Difference
Abstract:The double crank planetary transmission with a very few difference between the teeth number of meshing gears is a transmission of super performance, which combines the 2K-H and K-H-V gear reducers as a whole, provided with two cranks——a basic crank and a crank revolving around the main axis. The article introduces the history, design features, main points in design, distinctive advantages and prospects of this mechanism. The author thinks it is preferable to provide a meshing engagement of involute and cycloidal teeth in the transmission.
