| 摘 要： | 旧城改造经历了单纯拆建、综合改造及有机更新等改造模式演变过程．公众参与程度已成为评价旧城可持续改善能力和效果的重要标志．本文研究了旧城改造系统演化为复杂适应系统的途径．讨论了旧城改造复杂性和公众参与的特征，在分析旧城改造的主体利益基础上．建立了旧城改造利益共生参与机制模型。

| Abstract: | After the approach came through clearance, general redevelopment and organic renewal of evolvement process, public participation have become the important symbol of the ability and effect of old urban sustainble improvement. The approach of the evolvement from urban renewal system to complex adaptive system is studied. The complexity of old urban and public participation characteristic are discussed, and commensal profit mechanism of public participation in urban renewal is put forward on the basis of analyzing the profit demands of the agents in urban renewal. |
