| 摘 要： | 随着社会信息化进程的加快,信息资源已经成为人类社会活动和经济活动的战略资源,而信息技术的发展与广泛应用使档案数字化建设提上日程,给档案工作带来了新的契机,档案作为一种原生的信息资源,其凭证、依据性特点正日益显现出来。如何有效地开展档案数字化工作,成为电力企业档案人员目前面临的重要课题。文章提出了企业开展档案数字化建设的必要性以及数字化建设的步骤,将对档案管理工作起到借鉴作用。
