摘    要:采用涂布法制备亲水电极 ,即将催化剂和质子导体Nafion制成糊状 ,均匀地涂在电极支撑体上 ,制备过程比常规电极制备过程和Wilson制备亲水电极的方法简便。并对电极进行了性能研究和寿命考察 ,同时还考察了加入聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)对电极性能和寿命的影响。这种方法制得的质子交换膜燃料电池 (PEMFC)电极 ,催化剂利用率高 ,初始活性很好 ,但稳定性不好 ,加入PTFE对电极性能影响不大 ,但稳定性有明显提高。

Abstract:Hydrophilic electrodes were prepared by plastering uniformly the gel that consists of catalyst and ionic conductor on the electrode support frame. The method is simpler than the preparation of conventional hydrophobic electrode and thin film hydrophilic electrode (by Wilson). The performance of the electrode and longevity were studied, and the effect of PTFE on performance and longevity were studied too. The results show that in this method the utilization of catalyst is high and the initialized activity is good, while the stability is not good. It has little effect on the performance but has enhancement on stability when PTFE is added.
