摘    要:为满足在动力机械性能调节和测试中模拟不同地域不同天气进气状况的需要,研制了一种小型动态可控进气装置.本文分析其性能指标和理论依据,介绍了其功能方案选择和流程总体设计,并对最大降温除湿过程和最大升温加湿过程进行了调试.结果表明,该装置能满足工作要求并已经投入使用.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of simulating the gas inletting situation in the different dimates of different areas in the dynamic mechanical performance adjustement and test, a controllable all-weather gas inletting device is developed. The performance indexes and theory basis of the controlling device are analysed. The choosing of the function plans and the total procedure design are introduced. The maximum procedure of lowering the temperature and dehumidification, and the maximum procedure of warming and humidifing are tested. The test resuits show that this device can meet the work requirements and has been opplied.
