| 摘 要： | 积极推进高校学习型党组织理论建设是信息时代下党建科学化的内在必然要求,也是高校发挥自身的智力优势,肩负起以学习促现代党建,抓党建促高校发展的使命所在。高校学习型党组织理论建设的推进需要在两个方面铆足干劲、做好准备:一是软实力准备,二是硬实力加强。做好这两项工作,不仅有利于提升人们对于学习型党组织的认识水平,而且在落实科学发展观、促进高校全面发展等方面有强有力的智力支持效应。
