摘    要:将虚拟仪器技术引入供热领域,提供一套基于NI公司PCI-6014数据采集卡、LabVIEW图形编程软件的锅炉节能供热测控系统设计方案,实现多路温度和流量信号的同步测量与控制、数据存储及回放等多种功能,提高了测控工作的效率及自动化程度。另外针对国内供热实际中概算热指标偏大系数m和散热器多装面积比L普遍偏大的情况,对供水温度调节公式进行了修正,这对于实际供热中在用户舒适度与节能之间找到一个最佳平衡点具有重要意义。

Boiler Energy-saving Heating Measurement and Control System Based on VI
Abstract:Virtual instrument technology is introduced into the field of heat-supply,a design proposal of boiler energy-saving heating measurement and control system based on National Instruments' data acquisition card PCI-6014 and LabVIEW software is provided.This system improved the efficiency and automation degree on measurement and control process and realized many functions such as the synchronous measurement and control on multi-channel temperature and flow signals,data storage and playback.In addition,concerning that the condition of thermal budgetary estimate coefficient m and radiator surface ratio L greater than the actual,the water supply temperature adjustment formula had been amended.
