摘    要:通过选用合适的中空玻璃微珠、纳米浆料和氟硅改性丙烯酸乳液,得到了一种耐久性好、热反射率高和导热系数低的可薄涂施工的新型保温隔热涂料,其在外墙外保温装饰涂层体系中用作饰面涂层,可以防止外墙外保温体系中的聚苯板保温层因外界环境温差的剧烈变化而产生开裂、脱落现象,从而大大提高了保温体系的使用寿命,增加节能效果。同时研究了影响涂膜性能的相关因素。

Abstract:Through selecting proper hollow glass bead, nano-filler paste and fluoro silicone modified acrylic emulsion, one novel thermal insulation paint with good durability, high heat reflectivity and low heat conductivity was developed, which can be applied as a thin layer in the exterior heat-insulating coating system as the finish coating. This paint can prevent the EPS board in the exterior heat-insulating system from cracking and peeling off caused by the vast temperature change of enviroment, thus extending the service life of the whole system and improving the heat insulating effect. Some relative factors which will influence the coating performance were discussed.
