离合器精密锻压模具设计与分析

摘    要:在对离合器锻压成形工艺分析的基础上,提出了该零件的精密锻造工艺方案,介绍了该零件粗锻、精锻和冷挤压等成形工艺。根据锻件工艺参数进行了闭式锻压模具和开式冷挤压模具的结构设计,并且对模具工作过程的仿真模拟证明,所设计的模具结构合理、灵活可靠,工艺性较好,能保证产品质量。同时,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of forging forming technologies of the clutch, a precision forging process for the part was put forward, and the forming process including rough forging. precision forging and cold-extrusion were introduced. According to the technological parameters of the forging, mould structures of closed forging and opening cold-extrusion were designed. Simulation of the working process of the mould proves that the mould structure is reasonable, flexible and reliable. With good technology, the product quality can be guaranteed. Besides, the production efficiency is improved and the processing cost is reduced.
