Structure design of multi-function forming parts in Hosing injection mould

The technical structure of Hosing forming was analyzed and the procedure of splitting mould was introduced. Technical structure design and improving methods for the forming parts were researched and discussed under the condition that the mould was feasible in structure and easily repaired. The forming parts not only formed the plastic part＇s shape and guaranteed the dimensional precision, but also owned the functions such as working as runner or guide sliding face, locating and supporting the moving parts. So the manufacturing cost of mould was reduced.
