水电站大型门机电缆卷缆系统研究

摘    要:通过系统工作原理及常见故障的分析,进行新的调整和计算可以大大提高设备的使用率.通过系统压力重新设计和设定,满足了电缆国产化的需要,使国产化电缆在门型机上的使用寿命大大延长,最长的使用时间为19个月.目前我国水电站使用门型机的单位很多,通过采用该方法,能产生很大的经济效益,使我国水电站大型门机卷缆系统由进口转为国产,其远景无疑为我国水电事业开拓一个新的平台.

Abstract:The utility factor of equipments can be improved greatly by analyzing working principles of the rolling cable system and its failures. There are many power stations employing gate type machines presently in China. Economical benefits will be produced by using a new method; and rolling cable systems for large gate machines in power stations will be manufactured in China by instead of import. A new foreground will be exploited for our career of water and electricity doubtlessly.
