城市化影响下区域水资源承载力评价

摘    要:通过研究城市化下水资源承载力作用机理及特性,分析了城市化下水资源承载力的主要影响指标,构建了基于“量-质-域-流”4 个维度的区域水资源承载力评价指标体系及评价模型,并应用混沌粒子群遗传算法(CPSGA) 进行模型求解。以江苏省南京市为应用实例,对2015—2018 年南京市水资源承载力状况进行了评价,结果表明:构建的综合评价模型应用于城市化影响下区域水资源承载力评价较为合理,CPSGA 算法能够高效地优化指标权重,降低了传统评价方法进行指标赋权时的主观性,使评价结果更为科学合理。

Abstract:Through studying the mechanism and characteristics of water resources carrying capacity under urbanization, the leading factors of water resources carrying capacity under urbanization was analyzed. The evaluation index system and evaluation model of regional water resources carrying capacity based on the four dimensions of quantity-quality-space-stream were constructed. The proposed evaluation model was solved by chaotic particle swarm genetic algorithm (CPSGA). Taking Nanjing city of Jiangsu Province as the research object, the water resources carrying capacity of Nanjing from 2015 to 2018 was evaluated. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation model is more reasonable to be applied to the evaluation of regional water resources carrying capacity under urbanization, and the CPSGA algorithm can effectively optimize the weight of indexes, which reduces the subjectivity of the traditional evaluation method in index weighting, making the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable.
