摘    要:新疆八钢A高炉(2500m3)受原燃料条件得限制,炉缸工作状况恶化,炉芯温度持续下降,侧壁温度上升,通过对炉底温度分布的分析,采取适当空吹铁口,三个铁口出铁,炉缸工作得到了改善。

Abstract:Furnace core temperature continues to drop in Xinjiang Bayi Iron & Steel Blast Furnace A (2500m^3) restricted by the conditions of the original fuel, deteriorating working conditions hearth, the sidewall temperature rises through the bottom temperature distribution analysis. The hearth is im- proved by appropriate air blowing iron mouth, three tap holes the iron, through improving working conditions hearth.
