基于E语言的管壳式换热器设计

摘    要:管壳式换热器的传统设计过程计算工作量大、效率低。文中在Windows环境中,以E语言为平台,开发管壳式换热器的设计软件,包括工艺设计、热力校核和压降校核,界面友好。计算实例结果表明,所设计换热器的结构和压降都在合理范围内。软件可供工程设计或教学使用,也可为后续换热器的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The conventional design for shell -tube heat exchanger is heavy workload and low efficiency. This paper introduced the development of design software for shell - tube heat exchanger which were based on E language design, thermal checking, and example results show that the reasonable limits. This software under Windows environment. This software, including process pressure drop verification, has friendly interface. The calculation designed heat exchanger structure and pressure drop are within could be used for engineering design and teaching, and also it has reference value for the subsequent optimization of the heat exchanger.
