| 摘 要： | 钢铁企业是我国的重点支柱产业之一，与我国经济发展的好坏直接相关。从现阶段钢铁企业的发展状况来看，我国的钢铁企业在财务风险防范与管理上还存在着一些不可忽视的问题，这些问题与我国钢铁企业的生存与发展息息相关，本文主要从我国钢铁企业财务风险的类型以及表现方面进行分析，针对其中的突出问题找到有效的防范与应对措施。

| Abstract: | Iron and steel enterprise is one of the important pillar industry of our country, whether its development is good or bad is directly related to the stand or fall of economic development in our country. From the perspective of the development of iron and steel enterprises at present stage, our eountry~ iron and steel enterprises in financial risk prevention and management cannot be ignored still exist some problems, these problems is closely related to the survival and development of iron and steel enterprises in our country. This article from the financial risk of the type of steel companies as well as performance analysis for one of the outstanding problems in finding effective prevention and re- sponse measures. |
