摘    要:电站锅炉煤粉浓度是锅炉风粉系统的一个重要监测参数,对于锅炉的燃烧调整和安全运行起着极为重要的作用,利用软仪表测量原理,研究了电站风粉浓度测量的软测量模型。通过热平衡原理计算能够较准确地反映煤粉的浓度,具有工程实用价值,并且应用于某电厂中储式制粉系统一次风、粉试验中,收到了较好的效果。

Heat Balance Application in the Intermediate Storage Pulverizing System Coal Concentration Measurement

Abstract:The pulverized coal concentration is a very important monitoring parameter in thermal power station, which plays an important role in adjustment of boiler combustion and safe operation. Using the soft measurement principle, the soft measurement model of coal concentration is studied, Based on the principle of heat balance, coal concentration is accurately calculated. The tests which measure the pulverized coal concentration are applied in the ball type pulverizer system and finally prove to be right.
