摘    要:讨论LC-MS分析之前动物组织和蜂蜜中残留物质的样品前处理策略,其中包括ppb级氮霉素、氟喹诺酮类、硝基呋喃代谢产物和其它相关物质的固相提取(SPE)方法。对食品中抗生素和农药残留的LC-MS分析的SPE样品前处理方法进行综述和展望。

Abstract:SPE strategies prior to tandem LC/MS analysis for sub-ppb determination of chloramphenicol, nitrofuranantibiotic metabolites, and other related substances in animal tissues and in honey are discussed. Sample preparation for LC-MS analysis of antibiotics and pesticide residues in foods is reviewed and prospected .
