摘    要:机械式无线随钻测斜仪是胜利钻井工艺研究院研发的一种适用于直井及直井段的新型测斜工具。该仪器具有使用方便、测量时间短、受温度影响小等优点,对提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本等具有重要意义。该项技术成果已得到现场推广应用,至今已在中国石化胜利油田、中国石化南方勘探公司、中国石化西北分公司、中石油塔里木等油田的30多口井使用,取得了良好的效果,受到现场的好评。文中对测斜仪在深井、超深井技术服务期间的使用情况进行了分析与讨论,总结完善了现场测量的施工工艺,为今后在深井、超深井中现场测量提供参考。

Abstract:When measuring the deviation, the Mechanical Wireless Inclinometer, consisting of the downhole instrument and the surface signal receiver, generates the pulse signals with precise mechanical device and transport the information from downhole to surface by mud pulse technology. It is an apparatus which is used in oil drilling engineering for measuring the deviation of the vertical sections of directional well and horizontal well, especially suitable for the deep well, ultra-deep well and HPHT well etc. The Inclinometer has many merits, such as short measurement time, less effect on temperature, improving drilling speed, decreasing drilling cost etc. For an easily inclined formation, it is an ideal instrument for preventing and controlling well deviation and improving hole quality by real-time well deviation monitoring. The paper analyzed the application of the Mechanical Wireless Inclinometer in deep well and ultra-deep well and perfected the operation technology of field measuring.
