| Abstract: | The principle and characteristics of LED is briefly introduced.From the point view of industry technology and supply chain,the research progress of LED substrates,epi-growing chip-making,phosphors,assembly and driver are reviewed on how to enhance the efficiency of light extraction,improve heat dissipation,and reduce overall cost. |
