合金元素对ZQAl9-4合金显微组织和性能的影响

摘    要:采用扫描电镜和电子万能实验机,研究了合金元素对ZQA19-4合金显微组织和性能的影响.结果表明:随着合金中Fe元素的增加,合金的抗拉强度大大增加;随着合金中Zn元素的增加,合金的抗拉强度和延伸率都大大下降.

Abstract:ZQA19-4 aluminum-iron bronze alloys are widely used in military and civil industry.The microstructures and properties of ZQA19-4 alloys were studied by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and electronic universal experimental machine.Results showed that the tensile strength increasing with the content of Fe increasing,the tensile strength and the elongation decreasing with the content of Zn increasing.
