对二甲苯氧化非溴催化体系研究新进展

摘    要:综述了用于对二甲苯氧化的不同非溴催化体系的研究进展情况,详细介绍了不同非溴催化剂的制备和催化性能。溴蒽类催化剂的活性较低,相应的研究也较少。非溴催化体系的研究主要集中于氮氧自由基催化剂。氮氧自由基催化剂是非常有效的对二甲苯氧化催化剂,活性高、环境友好,具有很大的工业化潜力。氮氧自由基催化剂与反应产物可通过结晶和萃取技术进行分离。

Abstract:Various bromine-free catalysts used in oxidation of p-xylene to p-phthalic acid are summarized.The preparation and catalytic properties of different bromine-free catalysts were discussed.The catalytic activity of brominated anthracene catalysts was relatively low and was seldom reported.Studies of bromine-free catalyst now focus on N-oxyl radical catalysts,which are very effective for oxidation of p-xylene and environment-friendly.The N-oxyl radical oxidation catalyst and relevant oxidation product p-phthalic acid can be separated by crystallization and extraction.Novel N-oxyl radical catalysts with even higher activity are expected to be developed because of their decomposition during oxidation.
