摘    要:用热重分析法研究沥青纤维预氧化过程,确定了氧化反应的最低温度,在低于软化点的温度下预氧化,使不熔化处理由扩散控制变为化学反应控制,有效地改善了氧化均匀性和碳纤维结构,提高了力学性能。

Abstract:The oxidative stabilization process of mesophase pitch fibers was monitored by thermogravimitry (TGA) measurements at several temperatures, so the lowest temperature, at which the process could be carried out, was determined. It is noted that below the softenning point of pitch, the ratedetermining step of the stabilization process was changed from oxygen diffussion to chemical reaction, the homogenity of oxidized fiber was clarifyed and the structure and the properties of carbon fiber were enhanced.
