摘    要:采用大型有限元软件ANASYS对汕尾电厂巨型贮煤筒仓结构进行三维有限元计算,其中筒仓基础分别按3种模型进行处理,模型Ⅰ仓壁底部完全固定,不考虑基础;模型Ⅱ考虑仓壁底部承台的作用,承台简支在刚性基础上;模型Ⅲ考虑承台、桩和周围土体共同作用,对比分析不同基础计算模型下仓壁的受力规律.结果表明:模Ⅰ偏于不安全,模型Ⅱ过于保守,而模型Ⅲ给出的仓壁、基础承台和桩基在各种工况下的受力规律比较合理,可以作为设计的依据.

Abstract:The inner stresses of a huge coal bunker structure for Shanwei Power Station are analyzed using the fininte element software ANASYS. The foundation of this structure is considered by three models: (1) the foundation is not included in this calculation and the bottom of the bunker wall is regarded as fixed; (2) the circumferential beam below the bottom of the bunker wall is included, and it is simply supported on the rigid foundation; (3) the piles under the circumferential beam and surrounding soils are considered. The contrast analysis is carried out to recognize the influences of the different foundation model to the inner stresses of the structure. The results show that the model Ⅰ is unsafe; while the model Ⅱ is too conservative; the model Ⅲ gives the reasonable results about the inner stresses of the bunker wall, the circumferential beam and piles; the results will be the basis of design.
