第二炼钢厂转炉氧枪改进及应用

摘    要:第二炼钢厂使用原有3孔氧枪时,供氧强度较低,供氧时间较长,供氧过程易粘钢,溅渣时,氧枪喷出孔与氧枪中心线夹角偏小,影响起渣角度导致炉渣在炉衬上分布不均匀,容易引起涨炉底.通过将原有3孔氧枪改进为4孔氧枪后,提高了供氧强度,缩短了冶炼时间,获得了良好的溅渣效果.

Abstract:The oxygen supply intensity was comparatively lower and the duration time of the oxygen supply was longer and the steel sticking trouble often occurred, and the inclined angle between the blow hole and the center line of the lance was smaller and the slag formation angle was affected to some extent and thereby the hearth bottom crept up when the original three hole oxygen lance was used in the No. 2 Steel-making Plant. The oxygen supply intensity is now increased and the oxygen supply time shortened since the replacement of the three hole oxygen lance with a four hole oxygen lance and therefore better slag splash results have been achieved.
