提高数控车床螺纹加工精度的研究

摘    要:数控车床被广泛地应用在机械生产中,本文研究了积屑瘤、机床和刀具等因素对数控车床螺纹加工精度产生的影响,通过实践经验,总结了提高数控车床车削螺纹精度的一些方法,从而提高数控车床螺纹零件的加工精度。

Abstract:With numerical control machine tool are used prevalently in the factory. This paper studies the influences regarding turning precision of economical numerical build-up edge screw thread control machine tool from the aspects machine tool and etc. And puts forward the method to improve the screw thread turning precision of economical numerical control machine tool through analysis and practice. The forging technology can improve turning precision.
